I know what it's like to function perfectly and feel completely absent. To be productive, present for everyone else, and somehow not there for yourself.
I started asking one question: "What if the world around us dehumanizes because we can't read ourselves?"
I didn't have a methodology yet. I just felt the interference. Something was degrading the signal. In systems. In design. In people. In me.
I built the antidote before I knew what the poison was.
What I found wasn't new. It was already in me. It had been broadcasting the whole time, buried under years of noise, obligations, conditioning, the voice that sounds like comfort but is really fear.
Clearing that noise is the work. What comes through is your signal.
The personal work isn't self-improvement. It's your return. You can't carry a clear signal into the world from an overwritten source.
The Art of Unwinding is the entry point for that return. Not a wellness practice. The prerequisite. Knowing yourself is the first act of self-liberation.
